DMCC’s Uptown Tower rises above the rest in Dubai’s JLT District.

Working alongside Belgian Contractor Besix Group, StrongForce is pleased to announce it has completed structural works at Dubai Uptown Tower. Topping out at 329m, the 79-level tower will reach a final height of 340m when complete in the Autumn of this year.
StrongForce carried out the detailed engineering and construction for the post tension scope of this exceptional skyscraper, which was done so with a whopping 14 million manhours without a lost time incident.
The LEED Gold certified building will become the first supertall tower in the JLT District and will feature a 188-key 5-star luxury hotel – ‘SO/Uptown Dubai’ – exclusive restaurants, extensive conference facilities, Grade A offices and 229 signature SO/branded residences.
