In a rapid expansion plan the current population of 1.2 million residents is expected to rise to 6 million once complete.

Located in the heart of New Cairo is Trivium Square, a mixed-use retail and commercial business hub comprising of three state of the art buildings connected by a central podium level and underground car parking facilities.

With the client requiring an open plan concept with large column free floor plans and a slender frame, StrongForce have provided a post tension engineering solution to ensure the concrete frame has been engineered within the parameters of the architectural design. The development which is set to open in Q2 of 2020 will have a GFA of over 55,000 square metres.
