Work commences at Encorps Shopping Mall Development The Strand Damansara.

StrongForce have commenced works for main contractor Bumimetro Construction on the latest mixed use commercial development by Malaysian conglomerate Encorp.
The 82,000m2 Project consists of 278 No serviced residential units in two tower blocks and a retail shopping mall that is set to feature an al-fresco dining boulevard with a retractable roof and cascading water features. Located on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur in in the Kota Damansara district, the project will form part of a 45.6 acre development which will also feature 14 blocks of commercial garden offices and 265 No business suite units.
