Rudloff-StrongForce International is proud to be a key post-tensioning system provider for the Capital Diamond Tower, a groundbreaking development in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. This 64-level mixed-use skyscraper, featuring a 212-degree continuous twist, is set to become the tallest twisting tower in Africa and the 11th tallest globally.
Strategically positioned in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital, the Capital Diamond Tower overlooks Africa’s renowned Iconic Tower. This project marks Amazon’s first major development in Egypt, reflecting their commitment to shaping the region’s real estate landscape.
With final approvals secured, construction is now well underway now reaching the super-structure. Once complete, the Capital Diamond Tower will feature 40 floors of commercial office space, 11 residential levels, and 4 levels of retail and dining areas.
