Located on Al Marjan Island, a man-made archipelago consisting of four islands, the Wynn Resort is the first integrated resort of its kind in the MENA region. It represents a strategic shift towards diversification and marks the largest foreign direct investment in the Emirate’s history, bolstering the tourism and entertainment sectors.
Opening its doors in early 2027 on the picturesque Al Marjan Island, the Wynn is destined to be the largest casino in the world, the 18,500sq m gaming arena is merely a part of the resorts’ luxury offering. In addition, it will boast 1,500+ hotel rooms, a sprawling shopping mall, 10+ restaurants, an exclusive spa, a state-of-the-art gaming area, and entertainment facilities. This ambitious project is already fuelling a property boom in Ras Al Khaimah.
Contracted by one of the region’s leading builders “Alec Engineering”, SF has been awarded the design and construction of the post tension package on the $2 billion project. The full scope of the towering 70 level structure will be constructed with the RSF post tension system, with works programmed up to 35,000sq m per month, and once complete will surpass 200,000m2.
